The work of Global Interaction teams is greatly enhanced by the Directors and the Global Consultants. They offer support to the cross-cultural workers and teams through regular communication and visits when appropriate. The Directors help set the direction of the organisation and fulfill the goals of the mission, while the Global Consultants offer expertise and advice.
