The cross-cultural team
The team focuses on whole-of-life community transformation, which is expressed in a variety of ways. Training and mentoring are key elements in the team’s work, as team members train people in mediation and peace-building, physiotherapy, information technology, policy development and youth leadership. Team members also make a significant contribution in the life of the churches of Cambodia, with opportunities to teach subjects at a Bible College as well as to help with mentoring leaders.
