This is a three-fold project that encourages, equips and empowers all those involved in the development and nurture of the communities of faith; both Global Interaction workers and national leaders.

(1) The team retreat is a time of reflection for Ethnic Thai team members and helps our team moving forward with the task of helping the Thai come to the fullness of life in Jesus Christ.  It runs for 4-6 days and involves guest speaker sessions, ministry workshops led by team members or a local expert, team building and strategic planning: $4,800

(2) Scholarships enable both national leaders and team members to attend training that will equip and empower.  The focus is on both developing capacity and equipping people for specific ministries.  National leaders will receive priority in training, and it is hoped up to 20 people can receive training at a cost of about $300 each: $6,000

(3) The development of appropriate resources, which are currently lacking, to help equip and empower believers as they share and disciple in their communities.  Team members’ time and energy, as well as finances, are needed to develop these resources.  Costs include appropriate Thai artwork or graphical design that needs to be outsourced, and other outsourcing to keep our team members free for their regular ministries: $3,600
