Milard and Joyce minister by encouraging the local churches in a variety of ways such as evangelism, preaching and mentoring leaders. Every week Milard and Joyce attend four Bible study groups which they have planted, make many visits to seekers, and travel a great deal to meet with people for the outreach events and for counselling and mentoring. Milard is generally on the road six days of the week. They also make a number of phone calls to offer pastoral support, advice and to organise events.
