For a number of years, Milard has been coordinating 6-8 outreach events throughout each year as a means of sharing the Gospel with local youth and young adults, and young families.

The events are held in hotels, and there are two different types of outreach events.  One type brings the gospel to the youth and young adults, where 400-700 people attend each event and many make life-transforming decisions.  The other type brings the gospel to young families in the community, where 70% are non churched. The benefit of each of these events is that believers have a great opportunity to invite their non churched friends to hear the gospel in a relevant way and in a neutral setting.

Milard is often the main speaker at the events, however guest speakers are sometimes featured.  Worship bands from America, Australia and Europe also come over to help lead.  Each meeting last for about 90 minutes, and at the end there are response cards on which those attending can indicate if they invited Christ into their life, or write down their questions or thoughts about the event.   There are lots of opportunities for followup afterwards if people request it, and Milard and his team love to talk to people afterwards and hear their individual stories.
