Language and culture learning is a challenging process, but vital for effective ministry.  Each Global Interaction team has designated one member to facilitate the team's language learning process.

Lisa is the Language and Culture Facilitator for the Cambodian team.  She meets with team members regularly throughout their initial stages of language and culture learning to provide encouragement, support and advice. She is also looking for ways to better resource the wider team and is working to provide team members with access to relevant infomation about Cambodia, its context and effective ways of ministering.

Please help Lisa continue to develop her skills.  This project covers the costs of her attendance at the annual Language and Culture Facilitators conference and provides access to other resources and training.
