Although they will be able to take some of their personal effects over to Thailand with them, Richard & Maxine can’t possibly take everything!  The house in which they will live doesn’t have everything they need, so they will need to buy a few appliances.

Help them get items such as a washing machine, fridge, freezer, and other bits and pieces such as some plates, cutlery and so on.  This will definitely make them feel comfortable and welcome in their new home.

Renovations may also be required, such as to the bathroom or kitchen, but this can be done affordably and Richard & Maxine will determine what needs to be done after they arrive.
