Steve spends a great deal of time travelling in his role as Team Leader.  Steve and Glenda are based in a small town which is the administrative centre for the Yawo team in Malawi.  Blantyre, where team members need to travel regularly to conduct business, is about 3.5 hours to the south. Steve travels there about once a month, and the visit usually involves being away from home for 2 to 3 days.  The roads vary as to their quality, and there are many obstacles such as overloaded bicycles, broken-down trucks, goats, pedestrians etc, so pray also for safety whilst driving!

Steve regularly visits the villages, and although most of them are within 100km, with diesel costing about $2.30 per litre the costs certainly add up!

Help keep Steve & Glenda’s vehicle in tip top condition and full of fuel so that Steve can continue to provide this invaluable assistance to the rest of the team.
