Graeme's Story
Graeme and his wife Coral served in South Asia for a number of years and are now based in Brisbane, where Graeme provides administrative and financial support to Global Interaction’s partner NGO.
Graeme visits South Asia several times a year to oversee the administrative work, consult on the various projects and to conduct training courses for the NGO staff. From the office in Brisbane, he is responsible for report preparation, writing proposal applications to donors and government agencies, preparing volunteers to visit South Asia and is in frequent communication with the project leaders about financial and administrative matters. Good administration is essential to ensuring that the team’s development projects can continue to support and empower a number of poor communities. Graeme is encouraged to see large numbers of communities gaining amazing whole-of-life benefit from the work done through the projects and staff.
Graeme and Coral have three sons: Rowan, Nathan and Matthew.
