Ryan and Donna's Story
Ryan and Donna are strongly committed to serving God in a way that makes a real difference in people’s lives.
“We realise that God’s love is a love for all peoples, and people will have no opportunity to know Jesus if someone doesn’t tell them about Him.”
In 2008, Ryan visited Malawi to help fix the Global Interaction team houses. He was so inspired by this experience that the following year Ryan, Donna and their children, Caleb and Eden, travelled to Malawi and Mozambique to investigate the possibility of being involved in long-term cross-cultural work. They returned from Africa with a strong sense of call and enthusiasm for ministry in Mozambique.
With Ryan’s construction background and Donna’s experience in nursing and counselling, they have a lot of practical skills to offer. But as part of the Global Interaction team in Mozambique, Ryan and Donna’s main focus will be to build relationships with the Yao to help lead them to an understanding of the love and grace of Jesus.
