Christian resources in Zambia and Zimbabwe are very limited and there is almost no regular teaching or preaching available, so the local Baptist church is struggling. Baptist Mission Australia places great value in training leaders in communities of faith both in locations where we have ongoing relationships and within our teams. This involves activities such as training of trainers (who will teach their own communities), spiritual retreats for local leaders, discipleship programs as well as more formal leadership courses.
Your support will help to empower local leaders to develop their skills so that all believers will have the opportunity to have regular teaching from the bible.
