In order to be effective members of their team, R & B will invest lots of time in understanding the local H people's way of life and learning the local language. This way they can communicate and share in day-to-day life activities as well as on a more personal level by speaking the heart language of their local friends. To do this, they will study with their language nurturers and continue to make cultural observations through watching, listening, questioning and practicing.

Cultural and language understanding are at the heart of relationships and the basis for ministry activities.

This is an annual project. Any gifts received above the target amount will contribute to next year's budget.
