There is no Medicare in South East Asia, so keeping healthy and getting medical help when it is needed can be expensive. Pat and Joy visit their dentist and doctor for regular check-ups to make sure they remain healthy. This project also covers medical evacuation insurance if the need arises. These evacuations have literally been life-savers in the past.
Intercultural work is most effective when the workers are healthy.
This is an annual project. Any gifts received above the target amount will contribute to next year's budget.
